Sponsorship Terms

1. What This Covers
These terms apply when you sponsor a community segment on Lysita. Sponsoring places your name, link, and message alongside a segment in exchange for a recurring payment, billed monthly or yearly depending on what you choose at checkout.
2. Billing
Your sponsorship renews automatically at the interval you chose until it's cancelled. The price for each interval is shown before you pay, and it won't change for an existing sponsorship without notice.
3. Cancellation
A segment's admins, or Lysita, may cancel a sponsorship at their judgment β for example, if it turns out to be a poor fit for the segment, infringes on someone else's rights, or is otherwise inappropriate. We may also need to cancel a sponsorship if required to by a court or government order. In any of these cases, the billing period you've already paid for isn't refunded, but you won't be charged again afterward.
You're welcome to cancel your own sponsorship at any time by contacting the segment admins or Lysita β the same approach applies: no refund for the period already paid, no further charges after.
4. No Guarantee of Placement Quality
Sponsorship affects visibility, not endorsement β a segment's community and its admins aren't vouching for a sponsor's product, service, or claims.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as sponsorship features evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above.
