Our Commitment
Lysita is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of lysita.com for everyone.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone generally.
Measures Taken
Lysita takes the following measures to support accessibility:
- Incorporating accessibility considerations into our design and development process
- Using semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks where appropriate for screen reader compatibility
- Providing keyboard navigability for core Platform features, including claim posting, correction submission, and rehearsal mode
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast in our interface, consistent with our brand typography system
- Testing key user flows with accessibility evaluation tools
Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As of the effective date above, some areas of the Platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA, particularly newer or beta features (see our Terms of Use regarding beta functionality). We are actively working to address known gaps and prioritize fixes based on user impact.
