Activity digest email
If you'd like a reminder when there's new activity on posts you're watching (anything you've authored or replied to), you can turn on a weekly digest email from My activity. It's on by default for signed-in accounts, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link if you'd rather not get it.
The digest only fires when there's actually something new to report β you won't get an empty email just because a week has passed.
